We are established to acquire land and property for the benefit of the community. Whilst we may express ideas for use of those assets, please note that for every project we undertake, we are committed to consulting with our membership and the St Ives community.
If you are a landowner and considering selling (or gifting) your land please visit our Landowner page for further information. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Our current projects are:

The Old Vicarage Flats
We have bought the Old Vicarage Flats and have planning permission pending with Cornwall Council to allow us to convert the building into 6 flats. These flats are in the centre of the town and will provide six vital, permanently affordable homes for key workers and other local people, secured under an asset lock for future generations.

St Peter's Street Studio (formerly Bible Christian Chapel)
This wonderful 200 year old building could be transformed to provide 8 affordable workspaces for local people.

St Ives Community Charter
The St Ives Community Charter is now launched – thanks to the good offices of the all of those who attended events and turned out on the big day.

Bedford Road Church Centre Project
This project plans to retain Bedford Road Church, an asset used by the community since 1895, and keep it in use by the community in the future.
Future services?
We are also asking people if they would like other services in the future such as a community bank, a community energy scheme and a community shop. Please email us to let us know what you think about those examples.
