A group run by patients for patients with COPD and long-term conditions is spreading its wings across Cornwall. 

Breathers was originally set up in 2006, in the Liskeard area, by a group of seven patients including Joe Barr and Mick Elliott. They met at a rehabilitation group when they were recovering from serious illnesses and wanted to know what to do when it was time for them to move on from the group.
