Securing and developing land and property assets through local ownership in order to tackle the growing housing needs in St Ives, Cornwall.

Workspaces

St Peters Street Studios - developing the former Bible Christian Chapel into 10 affordable studios for local artists and crafts workers.

Community Centre

We're still looking for a site for a new community centre in the town.
